I believe that parenting is a privilege and most of the times in my 6 years of parenting I felt the need for a different perspective as our traditional and Web guidance are either “because it happened so” or too generic respectively. With his vast exposure and in-depth insights on various aspects of life, cultures, parenting and children, Krishna Sharma has designed a workshop that touches different aspects of personality, day-to-day situations, social scenarios and came up with a generic concepts that can be applied to any parent, child, culture or situation.
The class was very well organized with very rich content, passionate instructor (the most passionate ever in my 20 years of education), great fellow parents that have similar goals but bring in great diverse experience (given where they are in life and parenthood and their willingness to help each other). Though I felt some topics were given more time over others at the end of the course I was convinced about the need for such emphasis. There have been some discussions in the class that are so though provoking that they still pop up after a month and am sure they will as I navigate the parental journey. The weekends I spent on this course are one of my best time investment on me as a person and as a parent.
Fellow parents, most of you are already great parents given I am an young parent I may not be eligible for the advise but I truly believe that the time you would invest in this class is worth every minute.
Last but not least, all the best to Krishna Sharma and Grihastha team - you have my greatest respect for your efforts to make families HAPPIER.
Regards
Rajesh
