I am a teacher at Vishwa Vidyapeeth and attended this amazing workshop 'Nature Oriented Nurture' organized by the school for teachers and parents and conducted by Krishna Sharma of Human4ce.

The title itself is powerful and appealing. The workshop made me completely nostalgic. What I learned in the workshop is that if we know the child's Nature (or Color, as it was called in the workshop), we can accordingly nurture the child, which I found really helpful as being a mother and a teacher.

Using the concepts I learned in the workshop, I was able to immediately identity the Color (nature) of all the students in my class. I must say it is working very effectively. I see a change even in working with my own son. I am trying to bring this awareness to people who are close to me and confused about many things. I am studying each child in my class and paying attention to their emotional needs, so that they get a strong foundation in their childhood that will result in a positive and strong willed adult, as they are the future of tomorrow.

After attending the workshop I learned that I should put more focus on kids who need guidance and support, and not only on those who are gifted with strong-will and draw my attention.

My overall experience of workshop is that I am enlightened and I am equipped to bring a change in my class. The whole 3 days were engaging. I learned a lot in a very short span of time.
